Victor Lundy

Infinite Span, Architecture beyond Sarasota

NOVEMBER 2 2023 – MARCH 1 2024

Curated by Christopher Domin

This exhibition explores the architectural legacy of Victor Lundy, a central figure of the Sarasota School of Architecture. Positioning himself as an insider and outlier simultaneously, Lundy seemed to revel in the unconventional and developed a highly personal approach to space-making that would distinguish him from his Sarasota School counterparts. The exhibition examines the material, structural, and spatial typologies that came to define Lundy’s practice, with a focus on his work beyond Sarasota.
